💡 Defective Items:

We are happy to provide store credit or replacements for items found to be defective. However, due to the intimate nature of adult products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and our warehouses do not accept returns.

To request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
  2. Email us at support(at)kinkyedge.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • The product name or SKU.
    • A detailed description of the issue and/or photos.

We’ll update your order information to ensure your issue is handled smoothly.


Important Notes Before Ordering:

  • Measurements: Some products on our site include measurements, while others do not. We cannot issue replacements for size-related concerns if measurements are not provided. Please double-check that the product meets all your requirements before placing an order.
  • Colors: Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. These variations are not eligible for replacement.
  • Packaging: Manufacturers may update packaging styles without notice. Rest assured, the product inside remains as described. Packaging differences are not grounds for a replacement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the USA.
